Hon.Sir, Indeed its my pride & privilege 2 get a comment from u like eminent personality.First of thank u 4 d same Sir. Sir,am not able 2 evaluate d contemporary economic situation of India..coz am an expatriate.Yet...my loyalty towards our nation sometimes itches very badly that time will express my vision..obviously with a numbness outlook towards d rules & regulations of ur entire system. Moreover being an expatriate relying only medias.Indeed what u mentioned here is cent-um(100%)right.If they hoard d scam money there will create stagnant position.wealth transfer from ordinary public 2 d corrupt in illegal way is a National disaster. The idea that information can be stored in a changing world without an overwhelming depreciation of its value is false. It is scarcely less false than the more plausible claim that after a war we may take our existing weapons, fill their barrels with information. If it will directly flow in a proper way 2 d public, I think ,there will be a room for economic stimulus in terms of accelerated depreciation to encourage businesses to invest and to grow and ultimately to hire more people again. Here govt should act accordingly....
